The schedule for the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup has been released – here is the complete list of fixtures for England in the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup.

Where will the Women's T20 World Cup 2024 be held?

The 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup was originally scheduled to be held in Bangladesh. However, due to the recent political turmoil in the South Asian country, the tournament was shifted to the UAE. It will now be held between October 3 and October 20.

Dubai and Sharjah will now host all 23 matches across 18 days.

How are the teams divided?

As many as 10 teams will feature in the 2024 edition of the women’s T20 World Cup. The sides have been drawn into two groups. Each team will play four group matches, from where the top two teams will advance to the final. The first semi-final will be held in Dubai on October 17 with the second semi-final in Sharjah a day later. The final will be held in Dubai.

Here is how the groups have been divided:

Group A: Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka
Group B: Bangladesh, England, South Africa, West Indies, Scotland

When will England start their campaign?

England will play their first match against Bangladesh on October 5, followed by a fixture against South Africa on October 7 and Scotland on October 13. The first three matches will be held in Sharjah. Their final group game is against West Indies in Dubai on October 15.
