What happens if the IND vs PAK game is washed out?

In case of a washout, both India and Pakistan will be awarded one point each. So far, only one match at the 2024 men’s T20 World Cup has been washed out; England vs Scotland on June 4. However, there have been delays due to rain in other matches.

The match is important for both sides, especially for Pakistan, to stay in the hunt for the next round. They find themselves in a tricky spot after losing to co-hosts USA in a nail-biting super over on Thursday (June 6).
