England's clash against Scotland was eventually abandoned amidst a heavy downpour, while Nepal vs Netherlands was significantly delayed. The game will be the second of the tournament played at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium after South Africa beat Sri Lanka at the ground earlier this week. It will be played on a drop-in wicket which proved difficult to score on in the first fixture.

What happens if the IND vs IRE game is washed out?
In case of a wash out, both India and Ireland will be awarded one point each. So far, only one out of the first seven games at the 2024 men's T20 World Cup have been washed out - yesterday's England-Scotland match - but several have been affected by rain.
