Watch: Pakistan’s Mohammad Wasim nailed two yorkers in two balls to clean bowl two Netherlands batters in the T20 World Cup.
With Netherlands 81-6 and aiming to push up towards 100, Wasim delivered a pair of searing yorkers to ensure Pakistan ended with a flourish. Tim Pringle and Fred Klaassen were both bowled, with the first delivery clocking 91mph and the second 90mph.
The hat-trick ball was almost as good, with the speed and the length equal to the two balls which preceded it. The line, however, was just off, scooting between Paul van Meekeren and leg stump. Wasim appealed, but to no avail.
