England will begin their ICC T20 WC campaign on October 23, when they take on defending champions West Indies in Dubai. With trusted T20 campaigners such as Eoin Morgan, Dawid Malan, Jos Buttler, and Mark Wood, the 50-over World Cup champions are favourites to win the title and will be looking to get their hands on their second T20 title.
England have been placed in Group 1 of the tournament, alongside South Africa, England, and West Indies. They will also take on two qualifying teams, who will play the first round of the T20 World Cup, which will begin from October 17 in Oman. Papua New Guinea, Scotland, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Oman, Ireland, Namibia, Netherlands are the eight teams who will play in the qualifying round.

Warm-up matches
England will play two warm-up games prior to the T20 World Cup 2021: They first take on India on October 18 at the Dubai International Stadium, with the match scheduled to begin at 6pm local time.
They will face New Zealand next, on October 20, at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, with the match starting from 2pm local time.
The T20 World Cup final for the 2021 edition will be held on November 14 in Dubai, with the semi-finals scheduled for November 10 and November 11.
