Meanwhile, New Zealand have played better consistent cricket than their rivals, winning four out of five games. Their sole loss came against India, the only unbeaten team in the ongoing World Cup. Tom Latham will continue to lead the side instead of regular skipper Kane Williamson, who is nursing a thumb injury. One of Matt Henry or Lockie Ferguson could make way for fit-again veteran pacer Tim Southee in the starting XI.
