The England cricket team have received a customised WWE Championship belt in honour of their historic triumph at the 2019 Cricket World Cup.
England won their maiden World Cup title at Lord’s after a dramatic final against New Zealand in July. The hosts won on boundary count after both the match proper and Super Over were tied.
Jofra Archer, Joe Root, Jason Roy, Jos Buttler and Jonny Bairstow, who were all part of the victorious outfit, received the memento at the same venue on Thursday, August 29.
