
The finalists of the 2025 Champions Trophy have made major moves in the latest ICC ranking updates.
Latest batting rankings: Rohit Sharma moves into top three
The India captain played a match-winning knock of 76 in the Champions Trophy final against New Zealand, following which he overtook Virat Kohli in the batting rankings. Kohli had moved ahead of Rohit Sharma after the semi-final, but they have swapped places once again. Rohit is now third while Kohli is fifth, with South Africa's Heinrich Klaasen between them.
Several New Zealand batters improved their rankings as well. Daryl Mitchell moved up from seventh to sixth while Rachin Ravindra gained 14 places to move to 14th. Glenn Phillips has moved up six spots to 24th as well, while Kane Williamson has gone up from 29th to 27th.

Latest bowling rankings: Santner achieves career-best, Jadeja hits 10-year high
New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner, who took nine wickets in the Champions Trophy, has jumped six spots to rise to No.2 among bowlers. This is the first time he entered the top three of the ODI bowling rankings. Michael Bracewell, Santner's partner-in-crime at the Champions Trophy, also gained 10 spots and is now 18th on the bowling rankings, a career-best for him as well.
Among Indian bowlers, Kuldeep Yadav is back in the top three after his spell of 2-40 in the final. Ravindra Jadeja, who took five wickets across the tournament but conceded at only 4.35 runs per over, has moved up three spots to 10th. This is the first time since January 2015 that Jadeja is in the top 10 of ODI bowling rankings. Varun Chakravarthy, meanwhile, continues his steady rise, having moved into the 80th spot gaining 16 places after the final.

Latest all-rounder rankings: New Zealand trio gain big
Santner has moved up one spot to fourth, while Bracewell and Ravindra gained seven and eight spots respectively to be seventh and eighth on the ODI all-rounder rankings. For India, Jadeja slipped one spot to be 10th, while Axar Patel is 13th and Hardik Pandya joint 22nd.
