Latest ICC ODI rankings: Kohli back in top five, Duckett achieves career-best

Kohli, the former No.1 ODI batter, moved one place up to join compatriots Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma in the top five. Gill continues to lead the list, breaking past the 800-rating mark to claim further lead from the second-ranked Babar Azam.

Aside from Kohli and New Zealand's Daryl Mitchell swapping places for the fifth spot, there was no other movement among the top-10 batters.

Further down, England's Ben Duckett, on the back of his record-breaking century against Australia, jumped 27 spots to break into the top-20, and reach 17. His 621 rating points are now his best-ever, in an ODI career that began back in 2016. Until even five months ago, he was outside of the top-100.

In the bowling rankings, Pakistan's Shaheen Afridi fell five positions to No.9, having finished with 2-74 against India, proving to be the most expensive bowler from either side in the game. South Africa's Keshav Maharaj moved one place to four, while Sri Lanka's Maheesh Theekshana continues to stay at the top.

In the all-rounders top-10, there was no movement, but New Zealand's Michael Bracewell snuck up 26 places to No.11, having claimed a career-best 4-26 against Bangladesh in the Champions Trophy. Mohammad Nabi, who became one of the oldest Champions Trophy debutants ever last week, maintains his top spot. Last year, he had become the oldest to top the all-rounders' charts.
