The schedule for the 2025 Champions Trophy has been released – here is the complete list of fixtures for India in the tournament.
Where will the Champions Trophy 2025 be held?
The hosting rights of the upcoming edition of the Champions Trophy originally belonged to Pakistan. However, things got complicated when India informed the ICC that it would not travel to Pakistan citing security reasons. The decision is part of India’s long-standing stance of not touring the neighbouring country because of political tensions. It will now be held in a hybrid model between February 19 and March 9 next year, with India playing their matches in neutral venues.
Here is how the groups have been divided:
Group A: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, New Zealand
Group B: Australia, South Africa, England, Afghanistan
India are placed in the same group as Bangladesh, Pakistan and New Zealand. You can find the complete list of fixtures for the 2025 Champions Trophy here.
India have made it clear they are not inclined to tour Pakistan for the 2025 Champions Trophy.
