how to watch Champions Trophy 2025 live

The Champions Trophy returns after a hiatus of eight years with the first match on February 19: here's where you can watch Champions Trophy 2025 live on TV and streaming worldwide.

The Champions Trophy 2025 tournament was originally supposed to be held in Pakistan. However, the BCCI was advised by the India government to not send their players to Pakistan due to the country's strained relations with Pakistan, leading to a hybrid model, similar to the 2023 Asia Cup. India will be playing all their matches in Dubai.

The previous edition was held eight years back when Pakistan won a one-sided final against India. The 15-match tournament will begin on February 19 with the final scheduled on March 9.

Which teams are participating in the Champions Trophy?

The eight sides have announced their squads. Group A consists of Bangladesh, India, New Zealand and Pakistan, while Group B includes Afghanistan, Australia, England and South Africa.

The top two sides from each group will play in the semi-finals after 12 group matches leading to the summit clash.

This will be the first time the tournament will be held without Sri Lanka, who had jointly shared the trophy with India in 2002. Sri Lanka thus became the second former titleholders to not qualify for an edition of the Champions Trophy after West Indies.
