Tom Kohler-Cadmore sparks interest in the Platinum round
England’s Tom Kohler-Cadmore attracted a lot of attention in the Platinum round of the PSL 2025 draft. He was the third overall pick of the day after Daryl Mitchell and David Warner with Quetta Gladiators interested in his services.
However, Peshawar Zalmi used their right-to-match option to ensure his return. Kohler-Cadmore has been with Peshawar since PSL 2021. He had an ordinary campaign last year and could only score 121 runs in eight matches at 15.12.
Kohler-Cadmore had also previously appeared for the Quetta Gladiators on his PSL debut in 2018.
Sam Billings and Tom Curran united at Lahore Qalandars
Both Sam Billings and Tom Curran will accompany each other after Lahore Qalandars went for the English duo in the Supplementary rounds. Qalandars used the RTM option on Billings who was picked by Islamabad United earlier. "Sam was an integral part of the Qalandars winning squad and he's hugely popular among the fans so I'm excited to see him back with Qalandars," said Fawad Rana, the owner of the two-time PSL champions.
