The remainder of PSL 2021 will be held in Abu Dhabi, with the tournament resuming on June 9. A total of 20 matches will be held in Abu Dhabi, with overseas players set to take chartered flights to reach UAE.

A replacement draft was conducted in April, whereby unavailable players were swapped by new signings, with Andre Russell and Shakib Al Hasan being some of the top picks.

Squads from the six teams – Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Peshawar Zalmi, Karachi Kings, Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators – have begun their quarantine period. Only 14 matches of PSL 2021 were conducted in the first half of the year before Covid-19 cases emerged in the tournament.

PSL 2021 live: TV channel

PTV is set to telecast all matches of PSL 2021 in Pakistan. In India (and South Asia), the broadcast is likely to be covered by Sony Pictures Network. In Australia, Middle East and North Africa, as well as for most of the other regions, tapmad TV is set to showcase the event.

In the Caribbean, Flow Sports will broadcast the event, while in the UK, Sky Sports will do the coverage. In Sub-Saharan Africa, SuperSport will cover the tournament, while in New Zealand, Sky NZ has the rights.

PSL 2021 live telecast: Streaming

The live streaming of the tournament will be available to watch on www.tapmad.com/psl6, while the tapmad TV app will broadcast the matches on mobile devices. SonyLiv, the live streaming app of Sony Pictures Network, is likely to feature PSL games on mobiles as well.

The matches will also be streamed live on Facebook from the onset with the Facebook Paid Online Events facilitating this.
