Here, Wisden brings you the latest betting odds for the 2024 GT20 Canada final between Montreal Tigers and Toronto Nationals.

2024 GT20 Canada Final: Who will win?

Having dominated the group stage, Montreal Tigers topped the table with four wins from seven matches, including two washouts, and advanced to the final once the first Qualifier against the Brampton Wolves was washed out as well.

Inclement weather also played a part in deciding the other finalists: fourth-placed Toronto Nationals were given a walkover over third-ranked Bangla Tigers Mississauga in the Eliminator without an official explanation. However, it was alleged that the Tigers’ captain, Shakib Al Hasan, refusing to play a Super Over had led to this outcome. The Nationals then beat the Brampton Wolves in the second Qualifier to reach the final.

The two sides will meet again after featuring in the 12th match of the tournament on August 2. Only two overs could be bowled in a rain-curtailed fixture as the match was eventually called off.

The Tigers are down as favourites with odds of 1.70 on Stake. But the Wolves will not be an easy team to beat with odds of 2.10 on Stake

Who will be the team with the best batter?

The Nationals' Dilpreet Bajwa is the second-highest run-scorer this year with 206 to his tally, becoming the only centurion in the tournament. He trails Wolves’ George Munsey, who has scored 218 runs so far.

However, their captain Colin Munro is the batter batter to top the runs today, priced at 3.20 on Stake. Munro’s Australian counterpart, Chris Lynn, isn’t too far as well, with odds of 3.25.

Who will be the team with the best bowler?

Naveen-ul-Haq, playing for the Tigers, is expected to shine in bowling, with odds of 3.35 on Stake. The National's Junaid Siddique, the highest wicket-taker (13) in the competition is a decent choice at 3.70, the same as Jason Behrendorff, who can be a solid alternative for them.

Who will hit the most sixes?

On Stake, the Montreal Tigers have greater odds of hitting more sixes, priced at 1.95, while the Nationals have odds of 2.20 of hitting more maximums. So far, Bajwa has hit nine sixes, the second-most behind Munsey's 15. That makes the all-rounder a safe bet.
