We all have a bad nights sleep from time-to-time. For the majority of us, we can have a coffee or two to perk us up and crack on with our day, away from the prying eyes of a camera or two.

That wasn’t the case for Mitchell, however, who moments after being caught on live TV letting a yawn out, then put down a simple chance at slip off of Babar Azam.

At the time Pakistan were 47-2 and Babar on just 12. And New Zealand would end up rueing their missed opportunity as Babar would then go on to score 161. That’s enough to keep anyone up at night…

It’s not the first time that Mitchell has been involved in a comedic moment at slip either. Earlier this year, in mock celebration after taking a bumpball catch, he threw the ball up and accidentally away to allow England to run an overthrow. And even then it wasn’t the weirdest moment he was involved in that summer.
