Duleep Trophy Round 1, Day 4: Rahul the lone man standing!
India A entered Tea on Day 4 at 132-6, needing another 143 runs for victory. KL Rahul is batting on 50 off 101 balls, with Kuldeep Yadav for company.
Stumps, Day 3: Pant and Sarfaraz take India B to safety
India B found themselves at a precarious position at 22-3 in the second innings, before a 72-run partnership between Rishabh Pant (61 off 47) and Sarfaraz Khan (46 off 36) steadied their innings. They finished day three at 150-6, leading by 240 runs.

Duleep Trophy Round 1: India C beat India D by four wickets!
In a tense run-chase, India C batters held their nerves to chase down 233. Abhishek Porel shepherded the chase at the end, scoring an unbeaten 35 off 63 balls. Saransh Jain finished with 4-92 for India D.

India A were bowled out for 231, with Mukesh Kumar (3-62), Navdeep Saini (3-60), and R Sai Kishore (2-10) sharing the spoils.
Duleep Trophy Round 1, Day 3: Lunch updates
India A have slipped to 208-7 in response to India B's 321, with NavdeeP Saini doing most of the damage, taking three wickets. At Anantapur, India C are going strong in their run-chase of 233, and are currently 109-2 with Rajat Patidar and Aryan Juyal at the crease.
Rahul, Riyan fail to convert starts in Bengaluru
Batting on 23 and 27 overnight, both KL Rahul and Riyan Parag fell early on Day three against India B. Rahul was bowled by Washington Sundar for 37, while Parag was strangled down the leg side for 30 by Yash Dayal.
Gaikwad-Sudharshan race off in tricky run-chase
India C have been given a target of 233. Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and Sai Sudharshan stitched a 64-run opening stand at run-a-ball before Sudharshan fell to Saransh Jain.
Duleep 2024 Round 1, Day 3: Manav Suthar finishes with 7-49
The left-arm spinner took the last two India D wickets to bowl them out for 236, setting up a target of 233 for India C.
Stumps, Day 2: KL, Riyan unbeaten
KL Rahul and Riyan Parag ended the day unbeaten, stitching together a 68-run stand across nearly 20 overs.

Manav Suthar ripped through India D with a five-wicket haul, limiting their lead to 202 with two wickets to go.

Musheer steps on the gas
The partnership between Musheer and Navdeep Saini has now crossed 150, and Musheer seems to be opening up to play his shots. In the 91st over, he smashed a six and a four off Avesh Khan.
Harshit Rana rips through India C
In the other game, Harshit Rana has left the India C team in tatters, snaring four out of six wickets to fall so far.

We're about half an hour away from action on Day 2 of the Duleep Trophy, with India B and India C set to resume their innings.

Twin strikes by Harshit Rana (2-13) and Axar Patel (2-16) reduced India C to 43-4 before Abishek Porel lifted them to 91-4 by stumps. With him is Baba Indrajith, on 15.
Earlier, India D were bowled out for 164. Coming to bat at 34-5, Axar hit 86 when none of his teammates reached 15. For India C, Vijaykumar Vyshak claimed 3-19, Anshul Kamboj 2-47, and Himanshu Chauhan 2-22.

From 53-1, India B had collapsed to 94-7 against Khaleel Ahmed (2-39), Akash Deep (2-28), and Avesh Khan (2-42).
Coming at #3, 19-year-old Musheer remained steady amidst the storm to score a hundred on Duleep Trophy debut. He finished the day on 105.
At the other end was Navdeep Saini, on 25. The pair put on an unbroken 108 before stumps.

The diving catch to dismiss Easwaran is another reminder how good Dhruv Jurel's keeping is. Quick on his feet, athletic and sharp, and he factors in the late movement so well.
