Watch: Pakistan Test spinner Zafar Gohar starred for Gloucestershire as they secured a 10-wicket win over Glamorgan in the County Championship on Wednesday.
Gohar – who made his Test-match debut for Pakistan at the start of the year against New Zealand – secured third-innings figures of 6-43 as Glamorgan were bowled out for 124 on the final day of the Division Two fixture at Sophia Gardens.
On his way to a maiden five-wicket haul for Gloucestershire, Gohar found spin to bowl Ruaidhri Smith around the legs for 4 from around the wicket as the batsman unsuccessfully attempted a reverse sweep. The victory was Gloucestershire’s second in Division Two – only Essex currently sit ahead of them in the standings.
