The England quick’s sole wicket caught the eye – he fell to the ground after letting the ball fly but still managed to get Ben Cox to edge behind to Stuart Poynter, who held on with a catch moving to his right.

The pick of the Durham bowlers was Chris Rushworth, who finished with figures of 5-65.
