CPL 2024: St Lucia Kings team news
St Lucia Kings have undergone multiple rebrands through the course of the Caribbean Premier League. Initially called the St Lucia Zouks before switching to the Stars and back to the Zouks, the current iteration of Kings came about in 2021, when IPL franchise Punjab Kings took over the team ownership.

That year, St Lucia finished fourth in the points table and made it to the final, where they were beaten St Kitts & Nevis Patriots. They finished third the following year before being knocked out in the Eliminator and suffered the exact same fate in 2023, even being knocked out by the same team, Jamaica Tallawahs.
Consistency over the league phase means the Kings have not required major surgery in terms of their squad. They retained a total of ten players, including West Indies regulars Roston Chase and Alzarri Joseph. Overseas players Faf du Plessis, Bhanuka Rajapaksa and David Wiese were also kept hold of, before the Kings signed Heinrich Klaasen and Noor Ahmad in the pre-draft window.
