The 2024/25 Big Bash League is set to begin on Sunday (December 15) and here’s where you can watch the entire tournament.
The 14th edition of the Big Bash League is set to get underway on December 15, with Perth Scorchers taking on Melbourne Stars in the opener. Brisbane Heat, the defending champions, will begin their campaign three days later, on December 18, playing Melbourne Stars at the iconic MCG.
The eight teams will play 44 T20s over the course of the next six weeks. As many as nine venues will be used for the upcoming season - Perth, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane and Coffs Habour. The venues for the playoffs are yet to be decided.

Six sides have won the title at least once in the history of the competition. Perth Scorchers are the most successful team, having won the title five times. Sydney Sixers have won thrice, while Brisbane Heat (twice), Adelaide Strikers, Melbourne Renegades and Sydney Thunder.

There will be seven day-night games in the first round of games, with most matches beginning later in the day in Australia. The group matches will be held till January 19, with the Qualifier beginning two days later. The Knockout will be on January 22 with the Challenger on January 27. The final will be played on Monday, January 27.
