Watch: Prasidh Krishna was on fire for India A, dismissing Marcus Harris and Cameron Bancroft in successive deliveries today.
Krishna, who had taken 4-50 in the first innings, also struck early in the second, plucking out Harris and Bancroft in the very first over. Harris, who hit 74 in the first leg, surviving a controversial decision on the way, is one of the contenders to open the batting in Perth following the recent update that Steven Smith will be pushed down to his usual role at No.4 after filling in previously.
Harris was dismissed first ball as he tried to drive on the off-side but only managed to edge it to the keeper Dhruv Jurel. Bancroft, batting at No.3, did not survive longer than a delivery either - the late outswing of the over-the-wicket delivery beating his inside edge and hitting him on the pads.
Bancroft, also in the running to face India, had made three in the first innings.
Earlier, Dhruv Jurel scored his second fifty of the game, withstanding collapses to emerge as a strong favourite to play as a specialist batter in the first Test, beginning November 22.
Australia A ended up winning the match by six wickets, with Krishna ending with 2-37 in his 12 overs. They had also won the first Test against India A.
