All of India’s matches in the ongoing 2023 Asia Cup have been affected by rain so far. Their group stage match against Pakistan was washed out, the one against Nepal was reduced to a 23-over game, and the Super Fours match against Pakistan was pushed to a reserve day.

India’s second Super Fours game is scheduled against Sri Lanka in Colombo, where the weather hasn’t been the best over the last couple of weeks, with the reserve day also briefly being interrupted by rain against Pakistan.

Sri Lanka have won their first Super Fours encounter against Bangladesh, where they defeated them by 21 runs in Lahore. Maheesh Theekshana and Matheesha Pathirana have been their star bowlers in the tournament so far, having taken six and eight wickets respectively. Sri Lanka would hope that they can continue their good form against India.
