Pakistan will play Hong Kong in their second 2022 Asia Cup encounter on September 2 — here is where you can watch PAK v HK on TV, along with the live streaming details.
Pakistan lost to India in a thriller in their first match of the tournament. Hong Kong’s defeat against India was more comprehensive, though the former had their moments. Despite their respective defeats, both teams stand with a chance to qualify for the Super Fours, and this match will serve as a knockout for that. While Pakistan enter as favourites, Hong Kong cruised through the Qualifier in Muscat unbeaten.
The Asia Cup is divided into two groups – with India, Pakistan, and Hong Kong in Group A, and Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan in Group B – exactly how it was in the previous edition, in 2018.
India have already qualified from Group A. In Group B, Afghanistan beat Sri Lanka with some ease in their first match before recovering to beat Bangladesh and qualify for the Super Fours as well. India and Afghanistan had not lost a league match in 2018 either. In that edition, Pakistan and Bangladesh had joined them in the Super Fours.
