India will play Hong Kong in their second 2022 Asia Cup encounter on August 31 — here is where you can watch IND v HK on TV, along with the live streaming details.
India won their first game of the tournament against Pakistan, and will now look to top the points table when they take on Hong Kong on Wednesday. Hong Kong qualified for the Asia Cup after winning the Qualifier that was held in Muscat, entering Group A of the competition.
The six-team event is divided into two groups. Group A has India, Pakistan and Hong Kong, while Group B has Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
India started their campaign with a nail-biting five-wicket win against neighbours Pakistan in their tournament opener. Batting first after losing the toss, Pakistan were unable to get going and were shot out for 147. Mohammad Rizwan top-scored with 43 in 42 balls. India chased down the total with two balls to spare when Hardik Pandya hit the decisive six.
Hong Kong, on the other hand, will play the first game of the tournament. They finished at the top of the points table in the Qualifier, winning all three league matches, and qualified for the Asia Cup based on their standings.
Hong Kong will play their next league match on Friday when they take on Pakistan.
