India and New Zealand will face each other at the Hampshire Bowl, Southampton, beginning June 18. The match will conclude the two-year cycle of the 2019-21 World Test Championship. India finished at the top of the WTC points table, finishing with a PCT of 72.2, followed by New Zealand who ended on 70.
ICC has set aside June 23 as a reserve sixth day for the Test. If the final ends in a draw or a tie, India and New Zealand will be declared joint winners.

In India, the match will be telecast on the Star Sports Network.
In New Zealand, Sky Sports NZ will broadcast the match on the Sky Sport 2 channel.
While early reports indicated that there might not be any official telecast in Australia, Foxtel has confirmed that they will broadcast the WTC final live, with the telecast available on Fox Cricket channel.
In the UK, Sky Sports will broadcast the matches.
