The coaching structures for the inaugural season of the Women’s Premier League are starting to take shape – here’s a full list of the WPL 2023 coaches and support staff.

 After the record-breaking auction process for the five initial franchises that will compete in the WPL, the wheels are now in motion for a player auction set to take place in mid-February. Current reports are that the auction will take place on February 11 or 13, with confirmation expected soon. With that in mind, franchises have started to recruit coaches and mentors for their sides.

There are plenty of famous names among those who will take charge of the teams, with former international cricketers predominantly featuring as well as experienced coaches. Former England women’s captain, Charlotte Edwards has been confirmed as head coach of Mumbai Indians, Edwards has also held the same role with Southern Brave and Sydney Sixers. Recently retired former Australia international, Rachael Haynes, has also been confirmed as head coach of the Gujarat-based side.
