The 2023 Women’s Ashes moves to the white-ball segment after Australia won the only Test by 89 runs at Trent Bridge. With three T20Is and three ODIs scheduled to take place over the next three weeks, the England Women have an opportunity to claw back into the Women’s Ashes after being 0-4 down following their defeat in the only Test.
Each of the six white ball games will provide the winner with two points. England Women need to ensure that they win at least five out of the six games to regain the Women’s Ashes.

England Women have named their squad for the T20I series, which starts before the ODIs. Danielle Gibson has received her maiden T20I call-up into the main squad after being a part of the reserves in the 2023 Women’s T20 World Cup,

Issy Wong, the right-arm seamer who had a good time at the inaugural Women’s Premier League with the Mumbai Indians, makes a comeback into the T20I side after being dropped for the Women’s T20 World Cup earlier this year.
England Women’s head coach John Lewis said: “We are really looking forward to our IT20s in the next part of our Ashes series. A number of those selected have performed exceptionally well for England A in their short format fixtures and it’s great to have them back with us.”
