When Australia won the only Test against England two weeks back, there was a feeling that they’d run away with the Ashes. But England have come back strongly in the T20I series, defeating the Australia Women for the first time in a T20I series since 2017.
As of now, the points stand at 6-4 in favour of Australia Women. The three-match ODI series starts on July 12 and England Women have a good opportunity to continue their momentum and regain the Ashes, if they win two out of the three games.

England Women’s coach Jon Lewis said that he is looking forward to ending the highly-competitive Ashes series in front of sellout crowds: “The support the team have received throughout the series so far has been incredible and it is fitting to finish with this deciding ODI campaign as the first sell-out series in England Women’s history.”
