India, the first team to win the Men’s T20 World Cup, will play five Twenty20 Internationals against the West Indies, the first team to win the tournament twice, between August 3 and 13.
The series gets underway at the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad on August 3. The next two matches will be played at the Providence Stadium, just outside Georgetown, Guyana, on August 6 and 8.
The teams then move to the USA, the West Indies’ co-hosts for the 2024 Men’s T20 World Cup. The two matches will be played at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill, on August 12 and 13.
India hold a 17-7 advantage over the West Indies in men’s T20Is (including 15-2 since the start of 2018). The overall numbers read 4-3 in the West Indies and 4-1 in the USA.
