Following their win by 45 runs in Abu Dhabi, members of the Pakistan side took time out to speak to the Namibia players and congratulate the side on their T20 World Cup journey thus far.
Namibia qualified for the Super 12 stage after a fine display in the first round. Though the side had gone down to Sri Lanka in the first match of the edition, they bounced back to win their next two games convincingly and qualify for the next round.
The Gerhard Erasmus-led side got the better of Scotland in their first match of the Super 12 before losing to Afghanistan and Pakistan. Following the defeat to Babar Azam’s team. Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Hafeez, Fakhar Zaman, and Shadab Khan were some of the players seen embracing and sharing valuable tips with the Namibia players in the video that was shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
