South Africa’s tour of Pakistan kicks off with the two-match Test series starting on January 26 – here’s where you can watch the Pakistan v South Africa 2021 Test series live on TV or live stream.
The Pakistan-South Africa Test series, that forms part of the World Test Championship, is set to get underway in Karachi before the series moves to Rawalpindi. The Test leg of the tour will be followed by a three-match T20I series with all three games scheduled to be played in Lahore in the first half of February.
Pakistan go into the Test series following consecutive defeats away to England and New Zealand, with Pakistan not winning a Test on either tour. New chief selector Mohammad Wasim responded to the latter by naming a new-look Pakistan squad, featuring a total of nine uncapped players and leaving out established names such as Mohammad Abbas, Shan Masood and Haris Sohail. South Africa go into the series fresh off the back of a 2-0 win at home to a depleted Sri Lanka side; their squad also includes a number of uncapped players. The visitors’ T20I squad is made up of a completely different group of players with no cricketer featuring in both the Test group and the T20I group. South Africa are set to host Australia in a three Test series shortly after the Pakistan tour comes to an end.
