New Zealand Women will host Pakistan Women for an ODI series from December 12. Here’s everything you need to know about the schedule, including the full fixture list of the NZ-W vs PAK-W ODIs.

In a historic feat, Pakistan Women sealed their first-ever T20I series win over New Zealand by a scoreline of 2-1, owing to a dream comeback of firebrand pacer Fatima Sana from an injury as she rocked the opponents’ top order with 3-18 in the first T20I before claiming 3-22 in the second match to secure the series victory.

With the focus now shifting to the ODI leg of the tour, Nida Dar’s troops will fancy their chances of pulling off another surprise.

The first match of the three-match ODI series will be played on December 12 at the John Davies Oval in Queenstown followed by the second encounter on December 15  and the final match on December 18, at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch.

The series is part of the ICC Women’s Championship between 2022 and 2025 which decides who gains automatic qualifications for the 2025 Women’s ODI World Cup. The top 10 teams in the ODI rankings, will play eight three-match ODI series (four home and four away) in the given period after which the top five teams and hosts will sail through to the competition. The rest will have to go through the Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier.
