New Zealand and Sri Lanka will contest a three-match T20I series starting tomorrow (April 2) – here’s where to watch all the action from NZ v SL live on TV channels and live streaming services.

The first match of the series will be played in Auckland before the teams travel to Dunedin and then Queenstown. Sri Lanka have yet to win a match on their tour of New Zealand, having played two Test matches and three ODIs. New Zealand won an extraordinary first Test match with a single off the final ball of the day before dominating the second, and winning by an innings. They also won the first ODI by 198 runs and sealed the 2-0 series result with a six-wicket win in Hamilton.

However, New Zealand will miss several of their star players in the T20I series, as many have already travelled to the IPL. Kane Williamson made his debut for Gujarat Giants on Friday (Mark 31) and picked up what looked to be a serious knee injury in the field. Captain Tim Southee has also already left for India, meaning Tom Latham will captain New Zealand in the series. Glenn Phillips, Mitchell Santner, Devon Conway, Finn Allen, Lockie Ferguson and Michael Bracewell are also unavailable for the series.

Uncapped players, Henry Shipley and Chad Bowes have been included in New Zealand’s squad, along with the recalled Jimmy Neesham.

Sri Lanka are set to field a closer to first choice side. The likes of Wanindu Hasaranga and Kusal Perera are in the squad as well as Dhananjaya de Silva – despite the recent controversy surrounding his position in the ODI side.
