MI v SRH and RCB v GT: IPL 2023 team news

Gujarat have already booked a spot for Qualifier 1, while Hyderabad were out of the run for the Playoffs some time ago. Hyderabad do have some stake, for a win will help them go past Delhi and avoid the wooden spoon.

Mumbai and Bangalore, however, a lot to play for. Chennai Super Kings and Lucknow Super Giants have finished at second and third places, but the fourth Playoffs spot is still up for the grabs.

Whatever Bangalore do, they have to finish above Mumbai in terms of both points and net run rate: at this point, both have 14 points each, while Bangalore hold a significant net run rate edge (+0.180 to -0.128). Bangalore also have the advantage of playing last.
