A three-match ODI series between India and New Zealand is set to get underway next week – here are the squad list for IND vs NZ 2023, including team news and updates.

The two sides will meet for the second time in as many months, after a heavily rain affected ODI series in New Zealand in December ended in a 1-0 New Zealand victory. Both teams have played plenty of cricket in between the series’ with India having won bilateral series against Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, New Zealand having played an ODI series against Pakistan.

New Zealand news

With Kane Williamson and Tim Southee both rested for the three matches in India, Tom Latham will step in as captain for New Zealand in the ODI format. There have also been significant injury problems for New Zealand, Adam Milne was withdrawn from their squad with a hamstring problem, and Matt Henry has also returned home with an abdominal strain. Blair Tickner has been added to the squad in place of Milne, while Doug Bracewell comes in for Henry.
