Watch: Weeks on from going viral with a Warne-esque delivery against Northamptonshire, Matt Parkinson flummoxed another batsman with a ripping leg-break during Lancashire’s encounter with Sussex.
Parkinson bowled left-hander Delray Rawlins in Sussex’s second innings, with the left-hander opting to leave a delivery that turned sharply from outside the off stump to come back and rattle the stumps.
The ball came after Parkinson bowled Adam Rossington last month with a ball that evoked memories of Shane Warne’s famous Gatting ball in the 1993 Ashes.
Parkinson finished Lancashire’s victory over Sussex with three wickets, taking his tally in this year’s County Championship to 18 wickets at an average of 17.72.
