Bangladesh will host Sri Lanka for a three-match ODI series in May 2021, and we have the schedule, TV and live streaming details, as well the squads of the BAN SL clash.
The rubber will form part of the Cricket World Cup Super League, with Bangladesh having won three and lost three of their first six games, giving them 60 points, and Sri Lanka having lost three games in their opening encounter against West Indies. An over-rate penalty means Sri Lanka sit on -2 points as it stands.
The first ODI will be played on May 23, the second on May 25, and the third on May 28. There will also be a tour match on May 21, with the trip a short and sharp one.
Sri Lanka will field a much-changed side, with Kusal Perera named ODI captain, and former skippers Angelo Mathews, Dinesh Chandimal and Dimuth Karunaratne all dropped. Only one player – Isuru Udana – is aged above 31, and only two more are older than 30.
