No one has ever got out hit the ball twice or timed out in Test cricket, but there have been three rare modes of dismissal – obstructing the field, handling the ball (now clubbed under obstructing the field), and retired out – in Test cricket.
Being run out is not unusual, but doing so by the bowler, as the non-striker while backing up (i.e. being "Mankaded") is. Players dismissed in this fashion are also included in this list.
