Do not go by the 61 entries on this list. The four big guns – all of whom led Pakistan – shared 36 of these.
The first of them, a champion medium pacer – on matting wickets or otherwise – was instrumental in most of Pakistan’s early Test triumphs. The second led them to their only World Cup triumph, in 1992. The other two formed one of the greatest fast-bowling pairs of all time.
