For the purposes of this quiz, we’ve defined top-order as Nos.1-3. As you’d expect, the list is dominated by seamers, especially those proficient enough with the new ball to make regular in-roads.
We’ve given you the number of top-order wickets taken by each player, each player’s team, and what percentage of each player’s overall Test wickets tally their top-order scalps represent – in some cases, it’s up over 40 per cent.
