The list is an intriguing one. While it does contain a fair few players who went on to ensconce themselves in the upper echelons of the all-time Test run-charts, there are a number to finish their careers high up the list who hadn’t really got going by their mid 20s, as well as plenty who started brightly but didn’t finish strong.
We haven’t given you the runs scored by each player’s 25th birthday, although the list is ordered by most Test runs scored within that cut-off. Instead, you’ll have to make do with the team each player played for, and the date they turned 25. Good luck!
