An important note – the list features only the players who were designated as wicketkeepers at the start of the respective games. Till date, there have been 37 instances when the glovemen have come on to bowl in a Test innings, 31 of them have come post 1945. One keeper has bowled on seven of those occasions, two of those being in a single Test match.
