The first Test match was played in Australia, in 1877. Since then, 123 venues have hosted men’s Test cricket, the most recent of them being in Ireland from July 25, 2024.
Of the ICC Full Members, Afghanistan have never hosted a Test match, but games have been played in four grounds in the UAE. The list also includes a venue that had hosted home matches for Pakistan, but later became Bangladesh’s home venue.
