In this quiz, you have to name every England Test match bowler to have taken a wicket in Asia since 2010.
England have played thirty Test matches in Asia since 2010. Of them they have lost half, drawn three and won the remaining 13. Bowlers often bare the brunt of conditions, seamers struggling to make inroads on flat pitches and spinners struggling to match the effectiveness of their opposition counterparts. Nevertheless, 25 England bowlers have managed to take at least one wicket in Asian conditions in the last 12 years.
The player with the most wickets has 65 to his name. An off-spinner, he led England’s spin attack between 2008 and 2013, and finished his career with the second most wickets of any England spin bowler. The split is pretty even between seam and spin bowlers on the list, with 12 seamers and 13 spinners, but one pacer stands out from the rest with 62 wickets – 21 more than his nearest like-for-like rival.
