In this quiz, you have to name the bowlers who have taken the most number of wickets in the 2023-25 edition of the World Test Championship.

An Indian have taken the most wickets (77) in the 2023-25 World Test Championship. Of these, 71 Test wickets at 14.92 and a strike-rate of 30.1 have come in 2024. To put things in perspective, no bowler in the history of Test cricket has taken as many wickets at a better average or strike rate. He is also the only bowler to get to 200 Test wickets at a sub-20 average.

Two Australian counterparts, with 73 and 72 wickets respectively, are hot on his heels. The fourth and fifth spots are occupied by two off-spinners – one Australian and the other Indian. While the Indian has retired with 63 wickets in the cycle, his Australian counterpart has taken 66.

As many as 10 players have taken at least 50 wickets in the 2023–25 WTC cycle. That number rises to 44 when the cutoff is reduced to 20 wickets.
