Biography

Sanjay Bangar has been around the cricketing camera for more than a decade, with his Test debut for India way back in 2001. With good skills in batting and bowling department, Bangar is a fast bowler with genuine pace who can also bat well. Having made more than 8000 first-class runs and 300 wickets, he has been a common face in the Railways team. For India, Bangar played 12 Tests and 15 ODIs between 2001 and 2004 but was taken aback by an untimely injury. Bangar declared his first-class retirement in 2013.
