Biography
Mosharraf Hossain joined the national team of Bangladesh as a left-arm spinner to debut against South Africa in March 2008 following the retirement of veteran Mohammad Rafique. Hossain, who made an entry in first-class cricket in 2001-02 through Dhaka Division team, shared the ball with other spinners like Abdur Razzak and Shakib Al Hasan in the national side. He has also represented Barisal Division and Bangladesh 'A' team. In the domestic circuit, the slow left-arm orthodox has to his credit certain five-for hauls; he has scored few fifties as well.
