Pinnaduwage Chaturanga de Silva is a Sri Lankan first-class cricketer who captured headlines for his hundred against New Zealand A in the first unofficial Test match at Pallekele. An all rounder, de Silva bowls left arm orthodox spin and is also a handy lower order batsman who packs a punch for a little man. His all round abilities had earlier earned him a place in the Sri Lanka ODI squad for the fifth ODI against South Africa but was not picked for the game.
