Even for the most established batsmen, reaching the three-figure mark is a significant milestone. This list contains all the players (mostly filled with lower-order all-rounders and bowlers) who had to wait a significant time (minimum 50 innings) before they notched up their first Test hundred.

We have mentioned their country and the year in which they achieved the feat, along with the number of Test innings it took them to reach three figures for the first time.
