Given there have been 226 centuries by glovemen in men’s Tests, it’s perhaps surprising that only 43 of those tons have been converted into daddy hundreds. Then again, with keepers often having to bat with the tail, they are liable to get out in pursuit of quick runs or else be stranded.

Of those 43 150-plus scores, 10 are double hundreds, with two made by the same batsman.
